Day 1 - Welcome to Namibia

On the day of your arrival we will welcome you at the International Airport Hosea Kutako, near Windhoek and take you to Midgard Country Estate. Travel back in time, as we offer you a welcome drink and snacks in the unique Old-timer museum on the farm. After lunch, under the beautiful old trees on the estate, your instructor will give you a briefing on off-road techniques and the automotive engineering of the BMW X3. Your first driving experience will be gained on a gentle drive through the game camp while observing wildlife. Up the “Hilltop mountain” you will be rewarded not only with a sundowner, but with a spectacular view over the estate. The dinner will be served in the cozy “Kegelbahn” (skittle alley). In a relaxed atmosphere you will get to know your group members and enjoy a fun evening with bowling.

Guests arriving one day earlier can relax at the spa, play a bit of tennis or enjoy some exercise in the gym, to stretch the muscles after a long flight.
