Before you visit Namibia make sure you have the following:
 
1. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your intended date of entry into Namibia and contains multiple blank pages.
 
2. Travel insurance is essential—it should cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and lost or stolen belongings.
 
3. Be prepared to present your pre-booked itinerary upon arrival in Namibia.
 
4. As of 1st of April 2025, all foreign travelers entering Namibia must obtain a visa, unless they are nationals of countries with which Namibia has a valid visa exemption agreement.
